Place the maseca into a large bowl. Add the mozzarella cheese. Combine the milk and water in a measuring cup. Add a little bit of the water and milk mixture to the maseca and stir. Melt the butter in a microwave and add to the maseca mixture, stir. Add the olive oil to the maseca mixture and stir. Continue adding the water milk mixture to the maseca mixture and stir until you reach a consistency that feels like play dough.

Put some oil on a plate. Roll the maseca mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place on the plate. Chop the sharp chedder into small chunks. Take a ball and push your fingers gently into it forming a bowl. Then place some of the cheese inside the bowl. Close the bowl and pat it gently until it looks like a squished ball.

Place a saucepan on the stove and add some oil. Place a couple of the arrapes onto the saucepan. Once the bottom of the arrape looks brown flip. Once the other side of the arrapa also looks brown place onto a cookie sheet. Turn the oven to 350°. Once all of the arrapes have been fried and placed on the cookie sheet. Put the arrapes into the oven for 30 minutes.
